1) looks fine, im not getting away from top two against this guy in this spot
2)Is this the same villain from hand 1? I'm assuming it is and 2 looks fine as well.

In general I will put my money in with a lot less to somebody with these stats at this level

Both fine.. if it's a situation where you're never folding and there aren't many scarecards you can adjust your betting line accordingly, for example betting 2/3 on flop, 3/5 on turn and 1/2 pot on river rather than going for 2 big PSBs can get a bit more value.

I buy in full and reload anytime i drop below 90bb. Oh, and it would have COST me an extra 10bb in hand 2
