Its a W/A or W/B situation. MinSim, I think the Villain is likely to play AA/KK and JJ this way, maybe not AK. Another holding could be AQ or QQ with the Q of hearts.
If he's been three betting you a lot, his range could be a lot wider than this. BUT he is OOP on this hand, so I think you should stick to a fairly narrow range.
Given our fairly tight range its a fold, you're getting roughly 3:1 but need about 4:1. I suppose if you think he may be bluffing its closer, but if he's half decent I doubt he's 3-betting a much wider range OOP.
