Hmm thats a strange one. You preflop instincts were off this time, as he turned up with a hand in the blinds, but given your suspicions Q9 suited isnt the worst hand as you have position.

I think your time to push was the flop. He bets out an you call. If i were him id be thinking your were on a draw. Turns our you were a fave on the flop with 15 outs so get your money in then, thats a huge call for AK with no hearts.

Calling isnt a bad play as the turn he pretty much tells you his hand anyway. Over pair hes almost certainly gonna fire again. As we are at the turn now i would take the free card. $46 into a $26 pot in that spot screams a draw, i used to find myself in that spot a far bit and against observant players (as stated hes at one table) they would call almost every time with marginal hands.

I think the only big mistake here was pushing the turn. Was a big big call for him with AK but given the board and the action, AK stands a good chance to be the best hand.

My 2 cents, could be wrong.

Your turn shove looks super bluffy.

If you think he's fos that much and cbets atc I prob just raise flop/get it in.

As played I think turn is check, hit flush, profit > bet normal size/f > overshove.

I like a reraise on flop to get it in. It's such a good board if you are going to call with Q9s preflop plus his range is pretty weak yielding a lot more folds/maybe 12 outs if called. On turn I bet but not shove yet. I probably bet like $18 or so. I think his range is weak plus we most likely have an ok amount of equity. But I just think we get the same amounts of folds betting smaller...maybe even more folds. The overshove really doesn't make sense.

This is pretty bad. If you're going to call flop, then take your free card on the river.

I probably fold PF. I mean even if he's 3-betting light your hand sucks v's that range. As played I'd prefer a raise on the flop.
Just dipping my toes back in.

I would fold this preflop against most opponents. As played I would have either a) raised the flop or b) called flop and checked behind on turn. A normal turn bet i.e. $15 looks less bluffy on this board.

why did you go all in? what hands do you think this bet size represents? Remember when you are bluffing that you want your value range to appear as wide as possible.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.
