Default Weak hand with thought process

This was a 100NL hand with stacks of $115.

Villain is directly to my left and I think 3 or 4 times in recent memory the table has folded around to me in the SB and I've raised the villains BB and been called. I tend to pop it up with a wide range when it's folded to me in the SB against bad players. I think I might have cbet one flop and check/folded the turn, check/folded another flop when I though the villain would float his entire range if I cbet and folded another hand when my cbet was minraised. Something like that, this guy is definitly being a bit splashy and isn't just folding to a cbet everytime he misses the flop. He was like 30/18 or something for those who like stats.

I'm dealt A4 in the SB and once again I raise to $4 when the table folds to me. I think this is fine because my hand has good equity against his preflop calling range (which is very wide) and I don't expect mad aggression to kill me post flop. Villain calls.

    Flop ($7.60) 7 4 6
I pot it for value because I expect him to call me with a lot of stuff here like flush draws, straight draws, all sorts of pairs, high cards etc. Villain calls. I would expect him to raise strong made hands and strong top pairs at this point, probably minraise.

    Turn ($22.50) 6
Here I think lots of options have merit including betting, check/calling, check/raising and check/folding. I figured he'd stab basically his entire range if I checked so I decide to check/call. I checked, he bet $17 and I called. Looking back at it now I actually think check/shoving might have been the best play here because his range is so wide and there are so many rivers I don't want to have to play.

    River ($55) A
River is obviously a good card for me because it gives me top pair and all the draws missed. I considered leading out because I thought it would look bluffy and I might get looked up light but in the end I decided to check/call again because I wanted to give him a chance to bet his draws again and I figured he wa the type of player to do this because he would want to outplay me. I check, he bets $40 and I call. I cant really decide how I would have played a Q river, probably check/fold I guess but it's possible that a check/call would have been good here too.

    Any thoughts?

I play it the same and would probably c/c a Qh river too.

I think this type of villain is betting this flop almost everytime we check to him.

Why would he be rarely bluffing here?

Yeah its cool with the thought process.
If you think his range for calling the flop and betting the turn could really be very wide then yes I would have liked to have seen a check raise on the turn oop.
As played I probably bet the river, its often a scare card for the pre flop caller so they often check behind so you dont get value out of a 7 that might still call your bet & now A8+ beats you (that seems like the type of hand he'd have here A8) & so you might be calling a bit too much when you're beat, as usual not to sure though.

I just c/f the flop because versus this sort of player your going to get raise like mad and your not going to be able to play it oop.

I don't really like preflop either, normally i dont like to set myself up to get position raped.

I bet turn as played, i know its thin but IMO as long as we don't think he's going to try to rep the 6 its much better in terms of manipulating his range.

c/c river seems fine too, i dont know what else to do, i mean its a high card and its hard to put him on a hand that would do this besides a missed draw and a 6 ofc.
    Check out the new blog!!!

    i agree w/ folding preflop

i think the flop is good as long as you pot it

i'd check/call the turn and river too

i think pf sucks, and post flop is an example of it. it'd be better to raise a connector or high cards or a PP. vs this guy it's almost like you're limp-calling A4o...that said i like your thoughts and think you played ok afterwards.
