I think this is more likely either two pair or air because of his bet size, i'm guessing you think this is a bare ace though...

    I think fold>call>raise... sorry!

Another important thing to notice here that might not be obvious to everyone: hero can be expected to c/r this river with the goods because it's reasonable to assume that villain might be betting a missed fd or just bluffing the scarecard.

I hope you didn't run into 8s9s, because a lot of the time you will

Yikes that river bet is kind of scary to me. His bet size that is.

I think his most likely hand is Axs. Every other hand may play it differently at one point. So I like it.

how sick would bet-call be if you were villain here with one pair Asxs

even with As6s what a shitty fkin spot

With Sauce's image? You really can't count on him folding two pair everytime.

Raise flop seems better with AXs so this could just as well be XXs. Also, the ace on the river and the check makes stealing here with XXs pretty automatic.

You just need to be doing this kind of c/r bluffs on the river and this is a very good spot to do it, even though it's always a very marginal play. It takes away credibility from your value plays which is important.
