Edit: Actually I'm thinking more 66 if he's a nit. You know they don't like to fold overpairs, I don't think you make this play without the hand saving river.

i agree with galapgos...nit calls almost for sure after the turn check.
so unles ISF is spewing then i think he has a good hand, and checked to make sure to get another bet in - prob a boat, trips, or JJ/QQ.

I would fold to almost any river bet since you know we have JJ+ here almost always
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

Your hand looks like exactly 66 to him probably, to me it looks like air. He probably has an overpair like TT-AA and cry calls.

u think ZOMG I CAN REP TRIIIPPPSSS CR GOGOGOGOGO and he calls with any pair cause of ze pot odds and then turn u pussy out cause u pick up heart draw or gutshot or shit and then on river u pot it cause u fill hearts or straight and want max value cause u were so ready to overbet bluff but then u like luckbox. he calls with something random like TT or whatever

so i randomly put u on a runner runner str8 or flush with missed connecters on the flop that u check raised cause it would be BOC if i was right

I dont remember i think it was 66 or what sauce says. I really dont like my flop raise if i have a 9 because i dont have a gigantimo read on the guy.

He folded JJ I think he played it well. Although now that i know hes folding that in this spot im going to bluff the shit out of him on paired boards.

why do you not like check-raising with a 9?

I put you on 66 even though it didn't make too much sense.

I called with 88-JJ, and shoved with the really good hands.

Oh, I am sure you have quads and were trying for the double-check raise.

Seriously, that river bet is really wierd unless you rivered a straight or flush. Since you said you didn't have a good enough read you probably aren't trying to level him with a post-oak bluff.
