Good spot to shove me thinks.

    I wouldn't 3-bet pre though

I dont like the three bet pre because you are out of position.
Also after previous hand described from 2 orbits ago you could be on semi-tilt eager to 'beat' him. If this is the case you proably bet the turn or shoved which is meh. But given that he will recognise you could be on semi tilt he may call with a wider range making that kind of play -ev.

    - I play at.1 and .25 tables though

Stop repeating this in every thread please. Your thoughts are valid no matter what stake youre playing. We'll judge them on their validity alone. Thats the nutshell of FTR.

I don't hate the preflop 3-bet, as long as you get a fold often enough and/or button steals a lot. Calling and folding aren't bad either.

I think you have to shove the turn. The pot is too big to c/r, c/f is too weak how the hand is played and c/c is basically going all-in.

Could anyone explain to me if and why a flop check/raise would be good/bad?

    Ok, cool euphoricism

I don't like the 3-bet OOP. My standard 3 bet range is TT+ and AQ+ and it opens up liberally with position and especially against scared money.
