Default Is this worth calling for a split?

Villain is 45/6/1.8 over 200 hands. It's hard to put this guy on KQ, but he's not aggressive and very fishy so it's very possible he called the flop bet with it because he had overs. Does his range make up enough dumb bluffs QJs or 87s enough to call? Or is this KQ way too much?

Texas Hold'em $2-$4 NL (real money), hand #P4-64431907-1606
Table Majunga, 2 Apr 2008 7:55 PM ET

    Seat 3: Galapogos [ 9,Q ] ($741.65 in chips)
Seat 4: thewaffler ($181.55 in chips)
Seat 5: OMBRES ($287.60 in chips)
Seat 6: graebsch ($197.00 in chips)
    Seat 10: patan10 ($111.55 in chips)

    Antes/Blinds
OMBRES posts blind ($1), graebsch posts blind ($2).

    Pre-Flop
patan10 folds, Galapogos bets $7, thewaffler folds, OMBRES calls $6, graebsch folds.

    Flop [board cards 2,8,J ]
OMBRES checks, Galapogos bets $13, OMBRES calls $13.

    Turn [board cards 2,8,J,T ]
OMBRES checks, Galapogos bets $30, OMBRES calls $30.

    River [board cards 2,8,J,T,9 ]
OMBRES bets $237.60 and is all-in

Call. Unless he has exactly KdQd his line doesn't make any sense. Probably something like QJ.

I'm never calling here without a Q though.
