You don't think open pushing is best? An all in check raise only gets more value out of a stone cold bluff, which I don't think he has here. If he has a straight he will certainly call a push.
If we're assuming his likeliest hands are a straight or nothing, then you should check. The reason is that he can't call an all-in bet with nothing, but may bluff, and he will almost always bet a straight when checked to.
