Default WTF do I have to do to get action? (possibly low content)

I go a build a bully image, and no one bites when I get Aces, but give me crazy action when I have Anna K. Oh, the big loss is AA vs KK pre-flop miracle on 5th street special.

    Bleh.

BTW: I did a sanity check and all of my crappy little suited trash hands were up on the day.

Open up your LP range, namely work on stealing more on the button. Ive been reworking my game a lot right now and currently run at about 24/20 and my Att. Steal Blinds is at around 45% and this aggression has really helped me get paid off by some ridiculous hands after people get frustrated.

    What site/stakes are you playing?
What's your overall PFR playing like this? Are you playing tighter than me in other positions?
How much money are you opening for?
What table conditions cause you to increase or decrease your steal range?

-Slumming it up at 100nl Full Tilt 6max right now
-My overall stats are around 24/20/4 with a huge portion of that coming from LP. Im 14/14 UTG and 40/35 OTB
-PF I always make a potsize raise or reraise, etc.
-I dont know if I would call it table conditions, more just tendencies of the blinds. It is basically just intuitive, they more they fold to cbets the more often I am going to raise their blinds. Against a player that doesnt fold postflop often, I am still stealing a good portion of the time but being more careful with cbets etc.

Not really sure how well I answered your questions.

I think this is true. Increasing blinds steals is ~0 EV in isolation but it seems to increase Shania a lot.

    good point

punishing from the blinds with crap every now and then (greenstein/gabe play) has a similar (positive, at least for me...) effect.
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

I'd be honestly surprised if anyone figured out what the hell you're talking about.

Reraise with more vs regulars who think they have a handle on your range and smooth call with AA more.

    That wasn't so hard.

    lol, nice.

Not trying to be nitpicky, as thats obviously quality advice, but he's already complaining about getting played back at too much with AK, yet opens up his range more but weakens it significantly not only by increasing the range but also by often smooth calling AA...............

so you automatically he assumes he plays AA and AK both optimally and thus you realized it was a joke?

    Downswinging holla!
That's just how session go sometimes, you get played back at when you have nothing and they fold when you have it. Unless you're an uber nit or this happens all the time I wouldn't worry about "not getting action" based on one session.

Yeah, luck has so many forms in poker. It's not just dodging that 2 outer or catching lucky when you run into a freak better hand. It's also someone else having enough of a hand to play with you when you catch good.
