I'd just give up at this point. The turn doesn't change anything and if he's going to call a PSB on the flop he's more than likely going to call an AI from you for $50 on the turn. Without any type of read this is an easy check-fold IMO.

Full pot on the flop seems like you missed and don't want a call. The main reason I say this is that you should have no problem getting it all in by the river with an intial 25% stack flop. If you had a set or AA/KK, then you wouldn't be so eager to take it down so quickly.

How often do you pot flops and how often do you give up when called after a large c-bet? These are things people may pick up. Might not be the case in this hand but possible.

...at the same time, betting full pot here will give you a good indication of where you stand so I don't dislike it.

    hyper,

c/f turn. You are usually toast here against a tag who calls your flop c-bet after you've reraised preflop. This can change with the proper read though.
Also, I would bet something like ~$20 on the flop instead of full pot.
