Newbie to Rings - This correct TPTK play?

I like SnG's more, but I need some steady income if I hit a losing streak on SnG's. I know play is a little different at rings. Is this how I should play this hand?

Yes, this hand is played very strongly and I like it for the most part. I don't think the full 50BB bet is necessary here all the time just in case someone is slowplaying or hit something on the turn because it would be harder to get away from the hand.

A .70 bet or even .50 would have been plenty because you don't want to scare off worse hands or put yourself in the situation of only being called by better hands.

On the other hand people do call with some weak hands often so a couple pot-sized bets will break them real quick and be profitable for you.

you don't need to bet so much on the turn, half the bet would have been sufficent. He'll probably only call if he has you beat... but you never know at that limit.

Lol yeah the aggression was there, maybe too much on the turn. I probably would of liked for him to make a turn bet he could call seeing I had the nuts flush draw too.

I was just wondering how much you'd want to protect that hand in ring. Usually in SnGs I'd like to stomp that hand out before the turn.

Well on the turn, you have to look at what he would call you with on the flop....there was no flush draw...a goofy straight draw that I would doubt he would be on.

My geuss there is that he was sitting on KQ, KJ....maybe lower PP....and after that big turn bet he realized he was beat......since you couldnt be sucked out by the flush you want him to come along for the ride, I would say maybe 1/2-3/4 pot turn bet.

This would give him bad odds and maybe sucker him into calling. But it is still good play....nothing wrong with dropping the hammer.
