1. How do I enter?
There is NO Direct entry into the $1,000,000 main event.
Players MUST win their seat into the main event through one of our FREE daily heats.

Starting July 1st and running through to August 26th, we'll be running three heats every day. Each heat will be titled "FreeMillion" and will be FREE to enter for your first attempt. You can find these tournaments listed under the Million Tab in our Tournament Lobby.

The 3 daily "FreeMillion" Heats will start at the times posted below and will award seats as listed:

4pm EDT = Top 10 players advance to $1,000,000 main event.
9pm EDT = Top 20 players advance to $1,000,000 main event.
1am EDT = Top 30 players advance to $1,000,000 main event.
* 9pm, 2am, 6am GMT/London time

***IMPORTANT*** Tournament registration will open 2 hours prior to the posted tournament start time! Register early to ensure yourself a seat.

Players can enter any Heat they wish and as many as they wish (subject to terms and conditions below). Each Heat can accept a maximum of 4000 players. Players are only eligible to win 1 seat into the $1,000,000 main event. The ParadisePoker.com Million Dollar Freeroll is open to anyone that has a real money account (no deposit necessary for your first Heat attempt).


2. Can I enter more than once?
After your first free heat attempt, you can enter further heats by collecting "Million Points". Collect 100 points and you will receive a pop-up message stating that you are again eligible to enter another heat of your choice.

"Million Points" will start getting counted, starting at zero, for all players, as of 3pm Eastern on July 1st. For specific details on how these points are collected please click here.

3. $1,000,000 Online Main Event
The $1,000,000 main event will take place on August 27th at 2pm Eastern (7pm London time).

Note: Given the number of entries, this tournament will be played over 2 days (August 27th and 28th). Play will start at 2pm Eastern and will continue until Midnight Eastern (5am London) at which time the tournament will be paused at the beginning of the next break. Play will resume on Sunday, August 28th at 2pm EDT and will continue until only 10 players remain.

4. Final 10 will play face-to-face in Paradise!
The 10 players at the final table will be taken on an all-expenses paid luxury vacation to an exotic Paradise location to finish the remaining portion of the tournament face-to-face in front of the tv cameras. The winner will walk away one million dollars richer.

The live final table is tentatively scheduled to take place mid September 2005.

5. Full Prize Pool Payouts
1st = $1,000,000 (plus a free vacation for two to mystery tropical location)
2nd-10th = $10,000 (plus a free vacation for two to a mystery tropical location)
11th = $1,000 12th-50th = $500
51st-100th = $100
101st -500th = $50

Terms and Conditions
Players are only eligible to win 1 seat into the $1,000,000 main event.
Seats are non-refundable and non-transferable.
The game played in the daily Heats called "Free Million" will be Texas Hold'em No Limit. Each player will start with 1500 in chips. The blinds will increase every 12 minutes according to our blind schedule.
Registration will open 2 hours before each Heat is scheduled to start, and will be conducted on a first come first served basis.
The game played in the "$1,000,000 Main Event" will be Texas Hold'em No Limit. Each player will start with 2500 in chips. The blinds will increase every 30 minutes according to our blind schedule.
In order to be eligible a player must setup a real money account, which includes his full contact details, so that Paradise can pay any winnings to his account should he win. No deposit is required for your first Heat attempt. Once a player has completed his first free Heat attempt, he will then be required to collect 100 "Million Points" and then will be automatically made eligible for another heat of your choice. Each player can continue to enter further Heats after meeting the 100 point requirement. A pop-up message will appear once you've collected 100 points, that will read "Congratulations! You are again eligible to play in another Million Dollar Freeroll heat".
How to Collect "Million Points" for entering additional heats:
You automatically accumulate "Million Points" by playing in raked cash games, multi-table tournaments and mini tournaments.
Earn Million Points for Cash Game play as follows:
One point is awarded for playing in each raked game when the rake reaches:
$0.50 for fixed limit games with stakes $0.50/$1.00 and lower
$0.75 for fixed limit games with stakes $1/$2
$1.00 for no limit games, pot limit games and fixed limit games with stakes $2/$4 and above
Earn Million Points for Tournament play as follows:
Five points are awarded for each $1 in tournament fees paid.
Example #1 A $20 + $2 mini tournament, each player is awarded 10 points. $2 x 5 = 10
Example #2 A multi-table tournament with $30 buy-in (9% tourney fee), each player will be awarded 14 points. $30 x 0.09 = $2.70 x 5 = 13.5 = 14 (partial points are always rounded up to the nearest whole number). In the event of a re-buy and add-on tournament, players would receive additional points for each and every re-buy and add-on.
Play money games and non-raked games do not earn points.

Offer only open to players players aged 21 and over in the USA, aged 18 and over in the UK and Europe, and players aged 19 and over in Canada.. In any instance, players must be of the legal age of majority as determined by the laws of the country where you live. Employees and immediate family members of employees of ParadisePoker.com, its associated companies, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies are not eligible to take part in the Promotion. Entry to the Promotion is limited to those people who are resident in countries where their registration and use of the Cardroom is permitted by the law of their country.
The company reserves the right to ask for proof of age from any customer and customer accounts may be suspended until satisfactory proof of age is provided.
By downloading the software and registering an account, a customer is deemed to have fully accepted and understood all rules, terms and conditions published by this website.
The Promoter does not accept liability for any of the daily heats or Final Event tournament not taking place, being postponed or delayed for circumstances beyond their control. Any disputes relating to the provision of the Prize must be taken up with ParadisePoker.com .
The Promoter reserves the right to alter, modify or terminate the Promotion and/or these Terms at any time, without giving you any prior notice (written or verbal) where it is reasonable to do so or for reasons beyond the Promoter's control. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility or liability for any late or undelivered entries or registrations, notifications or communications or for any form of technical failure, error, malfunction or difficultly or for any other event beyond its reasonable control that may cause the operation of the Promotion to be disrupted, unavailable or incorrect.
Final Table Qualifiers
In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the "$1,000,000 Freeroll" tentatively scheduled for September 2005 (the "Final Table"), the undersigned player ("Player"), hereby agrees as follows:
Grant of Rights: The Player acknowledges that ParadisePoker.com and its successors, assigns and licensees (collectively, "ParadisePoker.com") will be recording, filming, photographing and exploiting films and/or television specials or other audio visual works of and/or about the $1,000,000 Freeroll (jointly and severally the "Programs"). The Player consents to such filming and exploitation of the Programs, and hereby irrevocably grants to ParadisePoker.com the right to film, record, edit, reproduce and otherwise use Player's name, likeness, biographical information, appearance, actions (including, without limitation, revealing Player's hole or pocket cards), conversations (including, without limitation, "behind the scenes" footage and filmed interviews with Player) and/or voice (the "Recordings") in, and in connection with, the Programs and in connection with the advertising, publicizing, exhibition and exploitation thereof and of other audio-visual works and any and all derivative, subsidiary and/or ancillary uses related thereto, in whole or in part, by any and all means, media, devices, processes and technology now or hereafter known or devised in perpetuity throughout the universe.
Release of Rights: The Player agrees that they will make no claim of any kind against ParadisePoker.com as a result of any of the uses described above, and irrevocably and unconditionally waives and releases ParadisePoker.com and its invitees, participants, from all claims arising out of such use, including, without limitation, any claims for invasion of privacy, infringement of Player's right of publicity, defamation (including libel and slander) and any other personal and/or property rights. The Player hereby confirms that Player has the authority to grant to ParadisePoker.com the right to use the Recordings and that ParadisePoker.com's exercise of such rights shall not violate or infringe any rights of any third party. The Player understands that ParadisePoker.com has been induced to proceed with the production, distribution and exploitation of the Programs in reliance upon this agreement.
Non-transferability: Final table places are non-transferable: Qualifiers cannot sell, transfer, or award their $1,000,000 Freeroll Tournament seat to anybody else. The ID of the finalist will be checked against your ParadisePoker.com account details and proof of age, identity and address will be required.
Ability to travel: All final table qualifiers will be required to hold a valid passport.
The final table will be played live and is tentatively scheduled for September 2005. Any qualifiers unable to attend the final table will be posted and folded until their chips are gone and their final position and any prize money determined. There is a limit of one Final Table Seat per player and all players must be of the legal age of majority as determined by the laws of the country in which they reside.
ParadisePoker.com final table rules:
During filming of the $1,000,000 Freeroll Final Table and as required for any promotional appearances or opportunities, the Player agrees to dress as directed by ParadisePoker.com and adhere to the Final Table rules, and ParadisePoker.com's rules and restrictions, including, without limitation, the prohibition of the use of headphones, cellphones, computing equipment, books, PDAs and/or clothing or other items containing endorsements of any kind.
Player represents and warrants that Player has not accepted, and will not accept, any money, service or other valuable consideration from anyone for the inclusion of any matter in the Programs.
Player represents and warrants that Player has not entered into, and will not enter into, any understanding or agreement (whether verbal or written) with any other player at the Final Table with respect to the outcome of the Final Table or the division of any prize money between players at the Final Table, and Player further acknowledges that it is a violation of Final Table rules to enter into any such understanding or agreement.
ParadisePoker.com may prevent Player from participating, or continuing to participate, in the Final Table for a violation of the rules of the Final Table, with no further obligation to Player. The table structure for the Final Table shall be shall be announced when the Final Table composition is determined, provided that such table structure shall be subject to change at any time in ParadisePoker.com's sole discretion. Prize money for final table players will be determined by their final positions at the end of the tournament. All prize money will be deposited to the qualifier's ParadisePoker.com account.
Management of ParadisePoker.com estimates that just over 3400 players will advance to the $1,000,000 online main event through the daily heats, between July 1st and August 26th. With a maximum of 4000 players in the online main event, Management reserves the right to conduct private tournaments between July 1st and August 26th for approximately 600 seats into the online main event, at their sole discretion. It is anticipated that many of these private tournaments will be directed to affiliated websites in the Sportingbet group of companies.
Management's decision is final.
