Default Deleting 'tools' tab in IE.

Using Internet Explorer (I use firefox but previously used IE) on the top tabs like 'help', 'file', 'edit' ect... there is a 'tools' tab. Under that tab many online poker rooms put a link to their site in there. Party skins do it, absolute does it and so do others. How do I get rid of those?

get hijackthis from download.com or wherever. move the exe file into its own separate folder. tell it to scan, and it will come up with a list of stuff. along the left side, there will be groups. like, O1, O2, O3, etc. Group O9 has all the extra buttons and things in your tools menu. if you click them and check them and click fix, they will go away. word of warning, this program is more generally used for getting rid of spyware, the list of stuff it gives you is mainly good stuff, deleting anything that shouldn't be deleted might mess up your computer. so, use at your own discretion, maybe read a guide. (googling hijackthis guide will do it. there are lists of what is in each group, whether to keep or ditch, etc).

But, i give you my word that group O9 can all safely be deleted, so long as you don't want any extra buttons or items in your tools menu.
