I'd call. The likelihood of him having a set here is slim because you have a 5 and a 4 . If he's lucky enough to have hit one I'd pay him off. I would say more likely he has QK or QA. The pot odds are favorable enough and your hand will be good here enough to make it a +EV call.

Fold PF, don't play those out of position.

You gotta bet the pot on that flop. You've got both a
flush a straight draw showing. Your hand is very
vulnerable. Make a $2 bet right there. Your $1 bet
looks weak so I'm guessing he put you on a drawing
hand and is trying to protect his own vulnerable hand
    with the raises.

You are getting 3:1 to make the call but the all-in sure
looks like a set to me. I'd put him on QQ and fold it
    without a better read.

Well, I ended up calling it and losing my stack to 44. I just wondered if this was a bad move and an obvious fold. Is Ax even a possibility with his holding? I thought he had AQ or Ax or something. I guess I just really need to consider the possibility of the set sometimes and fold some of these. Also, I was in the CO on a 5 person table, do you only play this from the button PF?

    dr3w321 calls [$11.60].

Your OK playing 45s from the cut-off, no problem with that. I'd probably call actually, without a better read on the villain. Q4 and Q5 (the better two pairs) are highly unlikely since he raised, and he might have a set (very likely he has QQ here). Its a tough fold, because its he could also have AQ or KK or AA or KQ and he probably would still go all-in. I think you can eliminate AQ and KQ since he moved all-in himself, but he might make the same move with AA or KK.

i'd call, many many hands here could go all in that you could beat

2 pair is so difficult to play. I lose so many big pots with it, especially bottom two. I think without reads you have to make the hard fold here. His play does not look like AQ, AA or KK (although lots of people like to slowplay them). He did not reraise your .75 preflop, he smooth-called. Then he min-raises your small bet on the flop. At the 25$ tables, a minraise is almost always a warning sign -- weak is strong. When you reraiase and he pushes, it looks like a set more than any other hand (slight possibility of AA or KK, but I think they would raise more when you bet 1, not minraise).

That said, I would probably have called it if I were you as well, but I would be a little angry with myself and probably typed "I hate 2 pair." after I lost my buyin.
