Does anyone know any good places to get Sklansky's Texas Hold em for advanced players in the uk?

I checked amazon, and they only list ones for £65!!!!!

Or, if you have any other good UK books u could suggest, or if you are based in the UK and are willing to sell me Sklansky's book......?
