You've passed $7k in your first year of play. "Hopefully I'll get to the point of making $20k"?
You'll make more than that next year. Not hopefully. You will.
Your dreams should have another zero attached.

Then again there are those of us who aim too high and play outside of their bankrolls in an attempt to reach that goal. Not that I'm talking from personal experience or anything.

This is something I would like to discuss as well. After my first one of two months I havent been playing over my BR, you could say that I have been heavily over bankrolled for my ring play. I have taken some shots at higher levels but even though my BR has met the standards, my game hasnt. I started playing (online) poker in the beginning of the year and I turned a winner somewhere around april.

I'm still over at Bodog all the time. Mostly playing NL100, but like I've said in my blog, I've dabbled a bit in NL200. Very soon I will be making the jump to NL200 almost full time (unless I find a NL100 game that is too juicy to pass up).

Imagine them having SH tables. Those action tables really attract the fish. Short handed is my bread and butter nowadays.

playing poker is harder than camping. But it can be more profitable both money wise and educational wise. I started hating ring when I was camping. Playing a bit laggier forces you to play better poker and enables you to play higher stakes, that is what I think at least.

hmm, yea I forgot you were playing so many tables. I really hate playing more than 4 tables of FH and 2 tables of SH, which is what I do now. Also, I barely can get any reads when playing 4 tables of full handed. If that really is the case, you definitely should stick to playing so many tables.

Doggz how are you able to calculate bb/100 on Bodog? Does PokerTracker work for that site?

Cool. I've noticed that it resets every 10,000 hands, correct?

Why does everyone play at Bodog? The only place I have ever played is @ pokerstars.

I'll just tell the IRS I've been saving 75 cents a day for 15 years. What, you're not allowed to do that?
