Default Is it worth messing with this guy?

My table image = mega-LAgg. I'm not up that much but I've taken a bite out of everybody at the table, and a couple bites out of the villain. (On a previous hand I raised from the button with JT s00ted and ended up rivering a straight against this same guy's pocket jacks to take down a pretty nice pot.)

you are under the gun with a very likely dominated hand, i think you should fold pre flop or you are going to run into trouble more often than not.

Usually people wait for strong hands to play back at an extreme Lag, which is exactly what you want. So don't give him the benefit of paying him off. Just get out of the hand at a minimal loss and start raising again next hand.
    Currently Playing 8 Tables of 25NL 10-Max.
    Or
    2 Tables of 100NL 10-Max

    Current Bankroll: $625

Goal: To stop pulling $$$ out of my bankroll and build it up to 1k.

If I'm going to run over a table, I'm going to run over it. For the purposes of this discussion, ignore the pre-flop action; I'm not interested in changing that part of my game. (I don't always raise A9o UTG - I don't usually even play it in that seat. But when I'm LAgging it up, I certainly do. And sometimes with a lot worse than A9o, frankly.)

In this actual hand I figured he had flopped top pair and just folded it. I will mess with people but this seemed like a bad occasion for it. A better occasion would be a hand like this one:

    First is a standard fold.

I agree with your PF standards, which are suitable if you are an experienced player. If the table isnt too aggro my PF standards are about the following. Raise any non-suited onegappers, suited two gappers, any PP, almost any Ax, any 2 faces, in any position. I might tighten up a bit OOP if they start playing back at me.

I guess you had a really good read on the guy in hand #2.

Pretty good, yeah - I knew he was testing me a lot with re-raises and this seemed like a good opportunity to rep the ace, if not AK specifically.

gotta fold the top hand. obviously he likes his hand enough to bet it at you so id just fold it. Pingvinni's preflop hands looks good to me its similar to my selection although im not so sure on unsuited one/two gappers but hey ill learn. raising A9 utg as a loose player is not a bad option imo, this was just a scenarion where you needed to drop it i guess. Nice read on the second hand, i only wish they'd believe me when i did that with jack.
