    You need an IRC client. I use Xircon IRC, it works ok and it's free. Do a google on it you should be able to find it, I dont have the link.

    Once you have done that, connect to b0rk.uk.quakenet.org:6667 and join channel #flopturnriver. Sorted.

    So you have joined quakenet? Type in "/join #flopturnriver" without the quotes and see if that works.
