Looks more like an overpair rather than a set. Or he horribly played his AK. You probably have the best hand. Any reads on this guy from previous hands ?

I like checking behind there, but I wimp out sometimes.

I definitely wouldn't push. I don't see what calls after checking twice unless he was setting you up.

Strange hand. Interested in the results.

I would push the turn here. Since you are willing to get it all in on the river, why not get it all in on the turn? If you don't catch a river queen, your hand only gets "worse." Also, by raising so much on the flop you half-commit yourself here. (Personally I don't think a minraise on the flop would be a bad idea) I don't see how you get away from this hand with the pot so big and the board rather non-threatening. After the flop you have $65 and the pot is about $160. You would need a very good read to lay this down here. Personally I don't think mr_kjeks has a set, because this is a very very odd line. If he did have 22, 33, or 55, why wait so long to get the money in? Any Ace, 4, 6 or possibly a club or 5 will potentially kill his action. I think a set gets the money in on the flop or on the turn at the latest.

Without being too results-oriented, I think my river push is horrible. Which worse hand would call? Flop play is fine, although raising to 50 would give me the same info (I don't like minraising to 40).

    Good analysis?

    He showed KK btw.

oh I see it now. He is in call down mode after he calls the flop raise. He wants to see a showdown but he doesn't feel strong enough to raise himself. Odd line but there it is.

I would have half potted the river.
