    Default The check-raise semi-bluff

People had been folding to my check-raises made by monsters all day long, so I decided to try something new..

Good line? I put villains on single pairs (probably top pair, poor kicker)

    Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (6 max, 5 handed) FTR converter on zerodivide.cx

    MP ($100.85)
    Button ($86.47)
    Hero ($84.15)
    BB ($107.25)
    UTG ($101)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 8, K. Hero posts a blind of $0.50.
1 fold, MP calls $1, Button calls $1, Hero (poster) completes, BB checks.

    Flop: ($4) 4, T, 3 (4 players)
Hero checks, BB bets $3, MP folds, Button calls $3, Hero raises to $12, BB folds, Button folds.

    Final Pot: $22
    BR now: $106900
Playing now: $10/10/20 - $20/40 NL live, $10/20 NL full ring online, $10/20 NL 6-max online, $20/40 FL 6-max online, $100/200 FL live
Goal: $125000 for $25/50 NL live

good, my only suggestion is to raise your bluffs the same amount as you would raise your monsters. Also i think check raising to 12 there is a little excessive, you could tone it down to 8 or 9 imo.
