hi guys,
long time viewer, first time posting, FTR kicks ass.

Ive recently started playing $5 sitngos over at Titan poker.
I like the site for its lower stakes and software. I initially deposited $50, ran it up to $150 and now back to $50. (bad streak)
The problem im having with Titan is thier starting chips(1000)
Of course its sumthing all plyers deal with so nobody has an advantage, but sumtimes i think it leads to more luck in the end when the blinds start to escalate (regular sng, btw not a turbo)
I start off plying supertight which usually gets me to the final 4 or 5 on the table (10seater) but then its surviving an all in fest unless unless
plenty of chips. When the shortstacks (500-700 chips w/ blinds @100-200) start going all in Im hestiatat to call with marginal hands( A10, Aj, Ax, kq, etc ) when im at an average stack (1200-1500). Sometimes after i lay it down I see i had the best hand or at worst a coin flip. Then as the blinds get to 200-400 i become shortstacked unless i catch cards or steal blinds successfully. Is their anybody out there who has won consisitienly at titan sngs, anyadvice.

If you are having trouble, why not try a site that has a different starting stack that might provide you with a little more time to play?

Stars, Ultimate Bet and Poker Room - all start with 1500 stacks
Party - start with 2000 ... although the $1 rake at the $5s isn't worth paying
