Seeking Feedback Recent 20K Hands
Haven't been playing as much due to work;but I wanted to seek some feedback.

These are my basic stats.I've been told my PFR needed to be higher, and that my won at showdown was too high.Been trying to utilize the overcall/river call system nside talked about with the 4 grids;so far with mixed results. My PFR has been going up a little;although I am still not fully comfortable raising certain hands first in esp against the wrong opponents.I've been able to improve on not overplaying hands that miss the flop though as well as not ramming and jamming my draws as much when I don't have the pot equity.
For positives I would say my VP$IP;preflop play is one of my strengths,as well as knowing when to get out on the turn usually. When I do call down I usually lose the minimum;my opponents would probably agree they extract less from me than they would from a maniac or a fish.PT has graded me as a TAG even though the results don't show it yet.I have also made improvements on getting off missed overs sooner, and laying down my PP's when overs flop and there is heavy action on the flop or turn.
For weaknesses def my PFR I need to work on,defending the blinds a bit more, perhaps blind steal a little more often, and changing gears a bit more.I've noticed that after a while the table does seem to pick up on my play and even the weaker live ones will tend to fold or go into check call down mode against me much more than the other players. Will need to work on countering their hand reading abilities.

These are the other stats. My aggression factor is 3.29 which may or may not be too high I guess depending on the table dynamics. My PFR as seen earlier is 5.37 overall;with 7.00 at the most recent run of .15/.30 hands.I do not feel I would be mistaken for a maniac by most players. My VP$IP is 19.96 overall;with a 24.15 at the .15/.30 level. Some of it has been more playable hands in MP or LP due to limpers/passive tables.I have made it a point to no longer limp with marginal speculative hands in EP without a proper read on the table(examples that used to bleed me were AJo/KQo/QJs/KTs/QTs/Any Axs less than A9s).

These are my position stats.Obviously I seem to do well in Seat 1 or the Button;the blinds unfortunatly are a huge killer.Oftentimes my holding is too weak to call against the rocks raising;and some are so bad even a maniac or fish raising means fold city.Perhaps too weak;I've been told I don't defend enough from the SB(BB I usually defend unless it's been 2-bet or an absolute rock raised).

This was my progress at the PR .25/.50 tables which included a huge rush near the end.Recently most of my play had been at .15/.30 because I felt like I still had alot of work to do.Although the rake is a killer I didn't feel that I had earned the right to play .50/1 and 1/2 again.

This is where it gets scary. At one point through the stretch I was up a whopping 115BB nearly;then it dropped to roughly 100BB,then 75-80BB,until now it is barely above 15BB.Some of it was me trying out my friends advice(unless he plays primarily live NL tourneys;however he scored higher on the poker quiz then I did(in fact the quiz graded him as Skilled whereas I only received Reliable, and his final winnings at the end of the quiz were much larger too). This horrible downswing had me questioning my abilities and future with the game again(my parents and family certainly didn't help the cause for encouragement).
Any and all thoughts/critiques are welcome.I want everyone to know that while I do want to have fun and enjoy the game I take it seriously and want to be the best that I can be session in and session out.Call it competitive fun;but it sees like I've hit a plateu where I'm not improving quickly enough and the competition is still fierce. Thanks guys.
