    Default low straight hand

This was from a home game I was playing tonight ($10 buy in). The game started with six people and I was down to the top three. I got dealt J-9s in hearts.
    Blinds are 3/6
Button (about 300 in chips). In my opinion he is the best player playing at the table.
SB (Me about 350 in chips).
BB (about 500 in chips). He seemed like he was playing very tight today.
Button calls 6. I call 3. BB Checks.
Flop is dealt K-Q-T with two clubs.
I check. BB folds. Button bets 10. I raise to 40. Button pushes AI for roughly 300 more chips.

Should I call here or let this one go.
    I would appreciate any advice.

call, u have the 2nd best hand here, the only hand that beats u is AJ, but i think he would have raised preflop.

call, the flush draw is more likely than the broadway.

The table had been quite passive preflop so I could see him limping with AJ from the button here. However I did feel that he would've raised with TT, JJ, or KK from his position. I also dont think he pushed AI with a flush draw after my reraise. I called without hesitation on the flop, something I regret because I didnt even think about AJ until I called. btw he had AJ.

The whole passive preflop thing would've fit better in the original post as a given read, but it still doesn't change it much.
