Quads call you and take all your money, and other hand (outside maybe KK QQ) folds. Why not just call down? If he doesn't have quads, he has 2 outs max. If you just call down you at least have a chance that he's bluffing a worse hand, where as if you push then you are only winning if his flop raise was an attempt on the pot.
How about you call and turn is a KQJ or A? Opponent has 77/88/99 you bet and he folds. You check, he checks behind and folds the river unless he hit his 2 outer in which case you double him up. I like the re-raise.
