I by no means am an expert or play anywhere near 600NL, but I play this aggressively since he probably won't stack off without an A, and every card can only hurt you.

I love doing this when I know they have the A.

    Without a read I don't like it. You're giving AK a chance to escape. AQ/AA insta-calls.

I bet 150 and he pushes? I have to call anyway...

yeah but you bet 150 because you want him to make the mistake of pushing. i dont think AK is going to be able to fold that, but AT/AJ could very well fold to your push when they might push over your bet.

Do you know anything about sluggle? I see it's 5-handed, that changes things of course.. Range at turn AA, A9-AK. A9-AJ could fold easily right?

since you are getting stacked by higher full anyways, go figure out a way to maximize vs Ax. if you think turn overbet will get called by Ax, do it. But in most cases, it's better to 2/3 or pot it

He's more likely to commit his stack in two smaller increments than all at once. There's no reason to risk him folding on the turn.

why do you never include reads in your posts
I only like your line if sluggle plays poorly and you think he will call you with a wide range, as in any ace/any flush draw
against a standard 3/6 player I would bet 2/3 of the pot to the pot on the turn
also, what's up with the call preflop

Don't discourage the low end of the villains range after you decide to play for stacks.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

By that you mean, do go allin - make a callable size raise? What would you raise?

Between $150-200. I would lean towards the low end, but not "value trappy" low. All I'm saying is give the villain a chance to make a mistake on 4th street.
