I have been mainly a sng player and have achieved moderate success over the last couple of months but I was thinking of focusing on more HU matches.

I know HU has more variance than regular sng's so I didn't know what type of bankroll requirements were needed. Also, what type of ROI should I aim for and is can you really make money playing just HU? Even, if you win 50% of the time, you're losing because of the rake.

I was figuring that I could possibly play Double Shootouts instead of regular HU because it offers more profit for the same buy-in and it has less rake than a regular sng even though you can't really multi-table HU (IMO). Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
