Easy fold. Price is too high to chase a 2-outer.

I dont think there is anytime in a SNG where you would call a raise from EP of 6x the BB with pocket deuces unless you are heads up with less than 10 BB or on the button and everybody called giving you odds to hit a set. This isnt a very strong hand as so much can beat it. Download PokerStove and run some hands against 22 just so you can see how vulnerable it is.

What about fishing for a set and get out if miss? Can easy take his stack if I'm against a high PP, which is what I think he had.

The problem with that is you arent getting anywhere near the odds to go for a set. Correct me if Im wrong, which I very well could be, but the odds of hitting a set on the flop are about 7.8:1. If you are getting that, or close to it, then call, but you are still not in LP and it is still very early, so I dont like the play either way unless you are getting overwhelming odds.

His odds of hitting a set with his high PP are the same as yours. You're going to miss 4 out of 5 times, and if you're calling 6xBB in every case you need to recoup 30BB when you do hit just to break even - in this case 900 chips. Set hunting is +EV but only at the right price - cheap, and with 22 especially so.

My odds are for staying to the river.

    Impied odds are < 10:1.
