flattin ur 4bets, makin u tilt
You can use your position and the scariness of the board to get a cheap showdown here. You do not want to play a big pot with JJ overpair on a low, coordinated board.
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

I like the flop play if you fold to the 3-bet.

Otherwise I'd call and peel a card off on the turn before making a decision.

    Emphasis on the former.
