I would probably 3-bet him pre-flop but I guess that's not really the question here. His range is probably AA-QQ, maybe AK & JJ. Have you seen how he plays AA yet? Have you seen how he plays sets yet? Has he done any bluffing at all? Alot of players I've played against at this level slowplay that turn with AA but maybe he thinks you could have a draw. I'd probably play it the same after the flop.
