A couple of hands to review

I didn't C-Bet the flop because I had been very active at the table recently and decided that, with position I would slow down on the flop with this hand. Should I have bet on the turn though? And I can't imagine a raise/steal attempt on the river with how I played the previous two streets.

I REALLY wanted to call this because both players were closer to the fishy side than the solid side of the game.
Can you call this after the SB calls?
Would you have called if he folded?

Absolutely. It's ok to bet a turn with big ace unimproved after checking behind a blank flop and getting a blank turn checked to you as well, because often you have the winning hand anyway, and even if you don't you have equity against some weak winning hands.

It does feel tranparent or "the gig is up" ish if you will, but do it anyway.

He had only been at the table for one orbit, but had already lost two pots when he went to showdown with second pair on both hands. He hadn't played a ton of hands though.

I was all set to call the all-in, but when he called it threw me off for a second and in a moment of "tighty whitey" just knew he had A's or K's (he didn't).

Probably a lot of FE here but its hard to tell. Call is good, esp with position, but you don't really need position to play AK.
