Haven't had any problem here. Just read a little bit...very good. And considering who's pointing us to it...bookmarked.

Yeah, definitely bookmarked, I just read the whole page (backwards, naturally), but he has very good things to say and good examples to back them up. Can't wait for more entries.

"On to the hand. In this particular hand hero is UTG with around 12,000 in chips. We are in the money right now with ~80 players left when 110 paid. The blinds are 600/1200 with a 50 ante, so the initial pot has around 2300 in it. Hero has AKo. He makes a raise to 3000-ish UTG (sorry, I'm doing this from memory, so it's not exact, but it's close). A known tight-aggressive player raises from MP1 all in for his last 6000 chips. It is folded around to the BB, who has Hero covered who then pushes for all his chips."

Soupie, why doesnt hero just push here? (i kno its not the bloggers hand)

This hand doesn't apply to me then because I never make the money.

Seriously though, Rizen's poker blog is the site that I visit most often, other than this one.

Awesome read. Been following it for a long time. A rare blog that provides excellent insight verses just the ramblings of a poker player. Bookmark, Bookmark, Bookmark!
