Villian is 37/10, and based on what I've seen and some of his comments, I don't think he's very good. He has been running hot and I doubled him up earlier when I b/3-b AI with AA on a 358 monotone flop. He had 33 and I lost. On the river it's about $430 for me to call. Keep in mind that this is 3-handed.

To me this really looks like he has a monster. My guess would be J9/99. It's so tempting to call that it's probably bad.. I haven't really seen people play bluffs like this too often..

On the river, it's highly unlikely that even a weaker player is doing this with just trip J's. And with the strength he showed on the flop, it's even likelier you're looking at a full house. I would just fold.

Deep stacks, bad opponent, draw to the nuts, backdoor draw to the effective nuts, and overcard value (which may or may not be good), and metagame purposes make this a good call IMO.

Well, I guess if you factor in that K's and Q's are very often legitimate outs, I think calling a virtual minraise is probably not bad.

I agree. I was running so terribly and at the time it felt like anything I'd do would be a disaster. If I call, surely he'll show 44/J9 and I lose another big pot. So I timed out and folded. But looking back I think it's v close, but leaning toward a call.

Because it's a huge overbet. Even poorer players rarely make these bets on paired boards without full houses. Plus, the size of the bet gives you incredibly bad odds.
