He could easily push there with a lower pocket pair than yours, or worse. Call without hesitation and expect that's it's very +EV to do so.

This guy minraised preflop, and then cold-called two more raises, so he clearly sucks. I'd call this immediately and expect to be shipped the pot 95% of the time (the other 5% when he sucks out by either hitting a 2 outter or pairing an ace).
