Another AA vs KK
Ok i know you've probably had a million and one of these, but i feel i still need clarification on the best strategy here.
The options i've thought of are:
1. Play it passively (hoping he bets small on each street)
2. Get it all in straight away
3. Eventually get it all in but on a later street
4. Fold
i hate options 3 and 4.
The hand Plays like this...
You have KK in EP and raise the pot, and a guy minraises you. Now disregarding any other play for the moment you decide to flat call.
The flop is a bunch of raggedy ass poop: three low cards.
You check and he bets a modest amount for the size of the pot (lets say the pot is 12 bb and he bets 5bb)
And now you raise this bet to 15bb (because you thought he was weak or could've been) and he minraises to 25 bb.
..
From here im unsure in this case of what to do.
I chose option 2 and put all my chips in there.
Is calling down and passive play ok here? You suspect he has AA.
Which play holds greatest EV in the long run? Maybe thats not answerable because of the amount of variables.. but still i'd appreciate some kind of consensus on what play generally works out better
We are putting villain on QQ-AA or AK (with only a small chance he's not got this)
Im not thinking anything about chances of making him fold AA here, or chances of him folding QQ/KK/AK/any hand here.
In fact im thinking of not folding this hand at any point. Maybe i should.. i dunno! if my wind was any longer i'd be a tornado
