Firstly may I just say that if you raised $1.99 like that at my table I would want to shoot you.

1) If this guy is bad then I push the river. If he's good then I check like you did. His play here ain't very aggressive though so I'm kinda worried, prolly check behind is best.

2) Raise turn, fold to 3bet. Re-evaluate river if he calls.

3) Check fold turn.

4) I dunno whats up with this one. Fold river though. What do you put him on here to call?
