It depends.

Your opponent certainly made a mistake min-raising the flop. The question is, will he make a bigger mistake or just put his mistake into the bank?

I should also say that this is a 50NL table (don't know why the HH has BB as $.25), and I also had no reads on villain.

Why is it a mistake? Just b/c minraising is generally a mistake?

He gives you odds to call. Now you perform a move that is +EV if you have fold equity to go with it.. which is very unlikely seeing how you got raised. In a vaccuum I'd say this is a -EV move. But it's soooo tempting, I know..

I dont like this at all. Against an unkown I think this is definitely spewing. You have 9 outs for the flush, you dont know if your overcard is a clean out or not. If the board were something like and you had then it wouldnt be bad at all, but on this board with no read and not that strong of a hand you have no reason not to simply call his raise.

I think the problem here is that a shortstack minraise from out of position is not generally a hand against which one has much fold equity. I think you have 9 solid outs if the board doesn't pair, so you're gamblin with the shortstack and getting a note added to you that says 'pushes flush draws'

Samsonite, pushing is okay if you either a)have a good read or b) have a lot of equity. His minraise indicates he's probably a donkey, and you don't know if he has a set or middle pair, so just take the cheap card and hope to hit your flush.

Also note that the fact that you have position is much more of a reason to call the minraise instead of push. Pushing when oop is much better in most situations with a draw.
