Default Fold the fullhouse on the river?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Button ($57.45)
    SB ($48.35)
    BB ($51.30)
    UTG ($122.50)
    UTG+1 ($108)
    MP1 ($47.05)
    givememyleg ($47)

    MP3 ($56.35)
    CO ($20.55)

    Preflop: givememyleg is MP2 with Q, A.
UTG calls $0.50, 1 fold, MP1 calls $0.50, givememyleg calls $0.50, 4 folds, BB checks.

    Flop: ($2.25) 7, Q, 7 (4 players)
BB checks, UTG checks, MP1 bets $2.5, givememyleg calls $2.50, BB folds, UTG folds.

    Turn: ($7.25) 5 (2 players)
    MP1 bets $2.5, givememyleg raises to $6, MP1 calls $3.50.

    River: ($19.25) 7 (2 players)
    MP1 bets $38.05 (All-In), givememyleg .....

I took up nearly all of my time bank here... it was obvious I had a Q... Villian is a semi-decent regular, nothing too special. I thought the river saved him (had him on QK or something of that nature)... is it worth a call here? It's obviously a split or gg to quads. I have $9 invested and another $38 to find out...

If he's solid and he knows you have a Q, why wouldn't he value bet instead of pushing? I think it's an easy call..
My sig is too much for you to handle.

I call this and expect to see something other than a queen more often than I will see a 7. Against certain players this could be a fold, but its doubtful. If I were in his position I would know you have a strong hand you definitely like, probably a queen, if I had a 7 I would push that river against you knowing that you are almost never folding a boat. Would I expect an unknown to do that? Probably not, and even if it were a player capable of making a read/play like that I still think it would be a hard fold.

I'm tight and I fold, if he really knows you have a Q then an overbet with a 7 would make perfect sense.
