    Default Fold this turn?

Villain is 22/1. I checked the turn because I didn't know whether OPP was calling with a 7 or not..how would you play this?

I think its really hard at these stakes to put villain on the 7. He could have limped from the button w/ 46 and made his strait, which seems just as likely as a 7 here IMO.

But i think a fold is in order. Only 5 BB committed, its not worth losing any more over.
eeevees are not monies yet...they are like baby monies.

Would this hand be any different if, say, the turn was the ?

imo no. I guess 46 is possible but I'm not worrying too much here about the straight.

I think you need to raise preflop here rather than completing then leading out.

I would call the turn and see what the river brought where I might check/call, check/fold depending on the card and bet by villian (unless of course an 8 spikes).

I think I would lead the turn and then be done with the hand.
