I like Fold - Call - Raise in that order... If the board wasn't so connected I'd put Call before Fold but meh, no reason to put anymore in here.

Depends on how the table plays, but in a vaccuum, on that board, I fold.. reeks too much of a "fake weakness" bet to induce further action. Might also be a draw, so many cards can be scary.. like half the deck.. more often than not you're a sucker to stay in this hand.
