Opponent is a 70/25 over 20 hands, I've never seen him re-raise before. Earlier I played a unraised pot with him where he checked behind on the river with two pair.

    What's your river move?

As played, I'd lead for 5 and call a reasonable raise.. But I would definately lead that turn. Opp shows weakness by checking behind the flop. If he raises you, dump obviously.
My sig is too much for you to handle.

I like a check/call here, but I can be convinced otherwise. I'm just at a loss to put him on a hand and I think it's probably the most prudent play.

This is a really strange line for villain. I put him on a medium pocket pair like 99/TT. It's not an uncommon move to reraise PF with something like that, esp. a minraise and esp. from a loose/maniac like villain. I don't think villain has anything as shown by the turn check, so I think JJ+ are out of the question. Any TPTK/TPGK would probably have been bet by now. And it's unlikely he is on the flush draw, but its a possibility. Given all that, I think you have villain beat most of time. I like betting here, but c/cing isn't bad either.

I agree with the villain's range and would bet 1/2 pot and fold to a reraise (indicating a flush hit).
