id bet and hope a weaker hand wants to call and that a stronger hand wants to raise.
A queen will raise but any jack might need to be carefull and just call as you could have a queen.
Afterall most players are going to put you on a queen perhaps here.

The case Q? c'mon. I can him being worried about the flush - but he beat it! He's ahead of anything but a Q, AA, or KK! And doesn't bet the river!

Just boggled my mind... I am sure he bets the river with anything here that's why I checked.

I'd bet out $15 or so and call a push. You really want to get value out of Jx and flushes and lower FH's, hands which would probably check behind if you check.

i think i open push. at 50nl any and every boat is calling most all the time. this just came up in another thread.

I think I open push too, more times than not, any boat will call, anything less will fold, and case Q, whatever.

Except the 4 nuts that didn't bet... that's what is driving me crazy. I check the river with the third nuts (after QX/AA) and JX on a QQQJ3-3spades checked behind!

Say he bets 1/4-1/3 pot on the river...can I call with TT, 99, AK, etc?

If the answer to this question is no, then the villan makes the correct move by checking behind, because hes not getting called by any hands that he beats (and obviously hes not making any better hands fold here)
