    it's tough to believe it's a total bluff, he has at least the draw. And there is no reason for him not to give you an A, which you won't fold, so most won't bluff here. It looks like an over bet, but any real raise commits him anyway. Given you're only a small favorite against a FD with one over, I think it's a good laydown.
