I know the turn call contradicts since i obviously put him on a flush draw but i think this is a better bluff

i dont really like ur line much at all. First off, i wouldve led flop. If ur going to c/c flop and intend on bluffing this hand if u don't hit, i would lead turn for about 1/2 pot, and if not that then at least c/r. Your bet on the river makes it way too easy for vilain to call u down with a pp like 99 or TT or AJ or something.

i don't like my line much either but the only hand that it made since for him to have to me was a flush draw so if he didn't have a J i thought i was good

What made hands would you play like this?

Just ditch this preflop, your hand doesnt have much value and against a shortstack OOP its unlikely you are going to make much.
