    Default chat wars

I have had one glaring hole in my game, one that no PT stat, playing adjustment, or gameplan can fix. I am a chat warrior. But not in a good way. Im that whiney guy who starts yelling at people when my bluffs get picked off, who screams when someone calls me down with ace high to hit their ace on the river. My only redeeming quality is that i dont complain about bad beats at all. But bad play...watch out.

My old college roomate plays on the same limit/same site that i do, and he gets i chat wars all day. But he is very successful, putting other people off their game while not becoming emotionally involved or not observing.

I am the opposite, ill be typing up a storm and not paying attention to my other tables (i always quad table), not paying attention to other hands being played. I always lose when i start getting into a chat war.

Ive been playing seriously for a minute. I am a solid tag who has beat the game consistenty for 2 years. But i cant stop being a chat brat.

    Any suggestions?
Me? I always tell the truth.

    Even when I lie.

Type player notes instead. Educating the fish is -EV.

I've always said that fighting online is like participating in the special olympics because even if you win, you're still a retard. Don't feed the fish, take notes instead.

turn chat off. i use poker office, and the built in HUD disables chat, so this is a good thing for me.
