I haven't used any other service, so take that as a grain of salt. That said, I love Poker X Factor. They have a lot of very good SnG and MTT videos with commentary from Johnny Bax, Sheets, Rizen, and BR Savage explaining their play (and in some cases analyzing other people's play).

They also have a hand history analysis tool that blows the one I wrote away (and is probably to blame for part of the lack of updates I've shown lately...though I'll post a new version tomorrow that supports Full Tilt). You can take a look at it by looking at any of the ones I posted (after signing up for a free account). Here's a link to a $225 Turbo I played a few days ago: http://www.pokerxfactor.com/HA27021/225/3581
    I run a training site...

Check out strategy videos at GrinderSchool.com, from $10 / month.

There's a wealth of info. I was taking some coaching at the same time as when I signed up, so I can't be 100% sure what came from where, but I believe there's good stuff for all of the major factors in tournament play. The biggest help to my MTT game came when I learned how to take advantage of situation stack size + position play after some of Rizen's commentary. There's also plenty about hand selection, proper calling ranges, ICM usage, stack size play as related to SnGs...

Perhaps one of the nicest things is that Bax and Sheets have very different styles. Sheets tends to be more mathematical and conservative. Bax tends toward mixing it up and playing aggressive to gain chips. I've always heard that you need two distinct styles to be sucessful in poker - the patient, conservative style and the psycho, aggressive style. Seeing their play and hearing their reasoning can help either portion of your game. I remember a hand from one of Bax's SnGs in which he reraised a guy preflop with 98s in the first orbit of play, the whole time explaining why he was doing it.
