    Sorry, but WTF.

Why are you playing this so passively? Build a pot and taken it down.

Preflop - do you routinely flat call here? I would generally reraise.

It devolves from there... why min checkraise on the turn? "never" minraise. To a certain extent, you set yourself up for this. You have done nothing to help set up a range of hands villian is on.

As played, I probably call the turn and call a reasonable river bet.

No offense, but this hand illustrates the failure to build a nice pot with THE premium preflop hand. You end up giving too many cards for cheap and you end up playing scared.

It's better to win a tiny pot than lose a medium or big one.

My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

Thanks for the first few posts. I didn't reraise preflop because my table had been playing weak, PF reraises weren't getting called. On the flop
Villian is new to the table. I figured i was safe on the flop, and i didn't want to lose action, so i flat called the $1. On the turn i minraised to see where i was at. After that raise I figured i was beat.

Rationalizations don't turn badly played hands into good ones.

When the table isn't calling reraises then reraise more, not less. Eventually they start calling, and you take down a lot of pots in the meantime.

On the flop, you may have aces but you still only have a pair so you need to play it fast and get as much money in as you can while you are ahead.
    Lead flop.

Thanks for the post, Warpe. I knew you were a good guy.

I get what your saying about the table calling reraises, i never thought of that.

I'm going take a different approach here and say you should raise more.
