Like you said he does that a lot with flop bets. Do people fold to his hyperaggression? Does he do it on other streets?

I make a weak bet that begs to be re-raised.. like $20. Any more, he might not look you up with a medium PP. If he has a real hand, good. You're ahead of a lot.

If he has 99 or AA so be it.

he had AA and beat me, now I figured he had AA, but again he could have had KK or QQ. should I call his all in $25 river bet?

This is why you should get it in on the flop. Make him commit all his money while he's behind.

It wouldn't have made a difference in this hand, but long term it's +EV.

Depends how sure you are about his AA. You'd have to be REALLY sure to fold this boat.

I'd have played for a c/r turn and pushed the river.
But I like the 3-bet flop line if you can put him on the overpair.
    Blah blah Op Blah blah

Faith in Jesus Christ is +EV. That is all.

what the hell were you trying to accomplish by smooth calling the flop raise??
My bankroll is the amount of money I would spend or lose before I got a job. It is calculated by adding my net worth to whatever I can borrow.

My thoughts exactly. It's a bad habit to snap into mr trappy when the action is willing. Huge value is lost by that frame of mind. Especially if villain has top pair any kicker or TT, JJ. If someone at this level wants to stack off when you have them smoked, just flip your cards up and push the chips in.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

funny thing is, I was waiting for about an hour for this situation to happen with him. I have seen him do this before with over pairs, and has done it to me 2x before when I bet into him on the flop. so I was waiting for a hand just like this, and it blew up in my face
