Default Two bad/strange 400NL hands, feels like I'm lost and spewing

Hand 1. Villian is a regular, standard TAgg, no real reads. No reason to belive he's either good, bad or tricky.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    BB ($300)
    UTG ($607.90)
    Hero ($394)
    Button ($467)
    SB ($422.20)

Preflop: Hero is MP with Q, A. SB posts a blind of $2.
UTG raises to $15, Hero calls $15, 1 fold, SB (poster) calls $13, BB calls $11.

    Flop: ($60) A, 3, 4 (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, UTG bets $45, Hero calls $45, SB folds, BB folds.

    Turn: ($150) K (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $95, UTG calls $95.

    River: ($340) 8 (2 players)
    UTG bets $250, Hero calls $250 (All-In).

    Final Pot: $984

Hand 2: Villian is a fish, I know he called a preflop raise by me with A5o and rivered a 5 in a baby pot, no other real reads. He might be good, dunno. No reads to rely on. This hand was just strange, stupid to raise river, no?

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, A. SB posts a blind of $2.
4 folds, SB (poster) completes, Hero raises to $12, SB calls $12.

    Flop: ($32) 2, J, K (2 players)
SB bets $20, Hero calls $20.

    Turn: ($72) 4 (2 players)
SB bets $20, Hero raises to $80, SB calls $60.

    Default lines..

    Hand 1)

I don't see why we're calling this flop. If we're calling cause we're afraid of AK, then we should fold PF. I think we should raise this flop to $130ish. If we think villian is on the flush draw, then we should bet this turn hard. The king doesn't change much. Either we're still ahead, or we're still way behind AK.

As played, I probably fold the river. I don't see what we beat here.

    Hand 2)

I raise this flop to 60, and bet the turn hard. I may check through this river, if I feel I may be up against KJ, or runner runner flush.

first hand I prefer folding or 3-betting pre, especially since your relative position sucks. Flop and turn play are both fine IMO, but I think you need to muck this river. All you beat is a bluff and this certainly doesn't look like one. I think his most likely hand is Asxs.

second hand is weird. First impression was to raise flop, and as played, call river. I'd basically auto-raise this flop with any 2 though (maybe not against this fish, and it might be a bad thing anyway) so I think it would blend in nicely. Turn and river are ok if you think this is the most you can extract out of a hand like K6. I'm torn though b/c I generally don't like reopening the betting on the river in a big pot with an obvious 1 pair hand, but you might be leaving some value on the table with such a small raise. Let me think about this one for a bit...

hand 1 I agree with Lukie. K does help us because he reduces the probability he holds AK.

hand 2 is VERY strange. Villian leads for $20 - $20 - $20. That has to be some kinda tell. I think I just call the third .20 calibre bullet. If he's block betting with a hand like JQ or KT fine. What sucks about calling the river is that it's exactly what he is trying to get if he's block betting.
