    Default Stupid river raise?

Villain is a definite calling station. And his range is huge. The river seemed like an obvious push to me, but upon review I'm wondering if it was all that smart. Thoughts?

what do you think his range is for making that river bet? Will he call a push with most of those hands?

A blind fish catches a piece of bread once in awhile.
I just call because this looks way too much like a flush.

I assume his AF is low since he is a calling station? It is very feasible that he has JT, and possibly two spades. I think he could also have two-pair or maybe a lower set. Both plays are probably good, but I think I would most likely call.

I would call, but not before building the pot more on the earlier streets.

i'd bet at least 3/4 of the pot on flop and turn. i don't like the push on the river, a calling station getting active is almost ever a sign of a big hand.

If he sucks the important thing is have you ever seen him bet the river out of position

If you've seen him do it then this is fino imo. Backdoor flush sux and is unlikely but j10 is def possibility. But if he's really bad he very well could be betting AQ for "value" lol... or his own slowplayed set.

If you haven't seen him bet river OOP with less than the nuts, I just call.
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

A call would have sufficed in this instance. The allin is only likely to be called if you are beaten. Patience will reward you with his chips before too long.

A6, KQ are also def in his range is he doesn't need the nuts to bet river OOP
